How long have you been working in Singapore? Why Singapore?

I think pretty much everyday I get these kind of questions which i have to sincerly answer, of course. I mean, I'm used to these kind of questions and I take it as just a part of daily conversation. So the answers...

I've been in Singapore for over TEN months and climbing~!!! I arrived April 29th, 2006 and I still remember that night when I arrived, meeting Celine and Sherina and then going out to eat Roti Prata and Milo Dino! What an experience that was. Pretty much after I started work life has gone light speed and so has my bank of experiences

I chose Singapore initially because I wanted to work for DHL AP Regional office in Singapore. But since a job opportunity in Singapore came up before a suitable position came up in DHL, I naturally took that one. Honestly, I didn't really know much about singapore, just from my school mates.

I'm quite glad I came to Singapore, really! It's everything I wanted and more. It's scary how comfortable I feel in this place. Scary as in life passes so fast...! Scary as in...complacency kills. Things that aren't working in my life, aren't getting fixed. You know when I moved over here, I changed so many aspects of my life. I made major changes for the better. And at that time, I was improving fast. Now it's time to make more changes.

If something doesn't work, change my strategy!
